Chef Anthony Accomando the “horn” graduated from the French Culinary and brings classic French cuisine along with rustic Italian. He has owned several restaurants in the Hudson valley area and won Best Chefs of America in 2013. His cuisine has been written about in the Wall Street Journal & Hudson Valley magazine to name a few.

Chef Angela Rivera the “halo” graduated the Natural Gourmet Institute and specializes in vegan & gluten free cuisine. She has been written about in the KD Hamptons lifestyle blog for her catering in the Hamptons. She consults for the Today show and is committed to bringing farm to table cuisine in the most delicious way for each guest.
Together they provide a wide range of options for you and your guests. Sourcing produce from local organic Hudson Valley based farms, meat & poultry are purchased form craft butchers, our brew, wines and spirits are handpicked to meet the same standards as our food.

Past Events

The Big Fake Wedding® is a bridal show alternative complete with an emotional vow renewal ceremony, light bites and a dance-party reception. "Wedding guests" are brides- and grooms-to-be who get to truly experience the wedding vendors in action.
